Senior Quinn Kelly and sophomore Isaac Moss discuss their top-five finishes in the 2.2-mile open race at the EIU Showdown at Neuqua Valley Saturday, Aug. 28.
Moss (12:39.7), 1.0 from third, and Kelly (12:42.6) finished 4-5 overall to earn top-10 individual T-shirts. Freshmen Owen Kelly (13th, 13:13.0) and Andrew Novak (17th, 13:32.8) also were among the top 20.
The Trojans (61) finished second to the host Wildcats (21). Plainfield North (74) was third.
