Coach Sipple is entering his 12th year at DGN as the Head Boys Cross Country Coach and Assistant Boys Track & Field Coach for distance.  

Coach Sipple prepped at Carl Sandburg High School for Coach Pete Struck and Coach Kevin Carey. During high school he ran cross country and track all four years. After which he moved on the Eastern Illinois University where he competed for Coach Jon McInerney and Coach Tom Akers. Sipple continued on to be the Volunteer Gradulate Assistant Coach for the Panthers during his time as a chemistry graduate student.    

Coach Sipple first started as an Assistant to Coach Will Kupsich at DGN for the Cross Country team and he served as the Head Track and Field Coach for 5 years.  Coach Kup has helped mentor Coach Sipple throughout his time at North high school and in addition, he has been a major influence on him and Coach Kup has provided the foundation that DGN XC and Track is built upon.
