7:30-Heat 1 – 1600 (Current PR of 6:00+)

7:40-Heat 2 – 1600 (Current PR 5:40-6:00)

7:50-Heat 3 – 1600 (Current PR 5:20-5:40)

8:00-Heat 4 – 1600 (Current PR 5:10-5:20)

8:10-Heat 5 – 1600 (Current PR 4:55-5:00)

8:20-Heat 6 – 1600 (Current PR 4:45-4:55)

8:30-Heat 7 – 1600 (Current PR 4:45 and under)

8:40-Heat 8 – 1600 (Current PR 5:00-5:10)-Limit 4 per team
