PARKING INFORMATION FOR THE ST. CHARLES EAST LEAVEY INVITATIONAL SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2019

Please forward to all Head Cross Country Coaches:

For the upcoming Leavey Invitational hosted by St. Charles East on Saturday, we will be utilizing off-site parking locations and walking paths or shuttle bus services into LeRoy Oakes for ALL SPECTATORS and FANS. Entrance into the park will be limited to team buses (which will also park off-site once the team is dropped oft), meet officials, and medical personal ONLY.

Please inform your athletes, parents and supporters about the available off-site parking locations and shuttle service so they can coordinate their travel plans accordingly.

All spectators and fans arriving to LeRoy Oakes on Saturday, September 5th will be directed park at one of the following two locations. (a rough map of the two locations has been provided on the next page)

1) Kane County Circuit Clerk Office located at 540 South Randall Road St. Charles, IL (approximately 2 miles from the park entrance). Bus Shuttle service will transport spectators to the park leaving every 15 minutes starting at 8:00 am and continuously running throughout the duration of the event (last shuttle will leave the park at approximately 12:00 pm or 15 minutes after the conclusion of the awards presentation). All spectators parking at the Kane County Circuit Clerk Office MUST ride the bus shuttle provided to gain access into the park - walking down Randall Road is extremely dangerous and prohibited.

2) Riverside Community Church located at 37W130 Crane Road, St. Charles, IL (approximately 1.5 mile walk into LeRoy Oakes). The church allows spectators to use their parking lot and then walk down the paved path into the park, but requests that guests don't enter the building to use its restroom facilities (bathrooms will be available in the park).

Spectators are asked to park ONLY at one of these two locations -- any spectators parking at either the LeRoy Business Complex or the Medical Offices located on Dean Street may be ticketed and/or towed by the St. Charles Police Department.
