Teams = Bartlett, Benet, Batavia, DGN, Geneva, Glenbard South, Jacobs, Marmion, Moline, Montini, Oswego, St. Charles East, St. Charles North, Waubonsie Valley, Wheaton North

 

Directions: Le Roy Oaks Forest Preserve, St. Charles

Take I-88 West towards Aurora, exit onto Orchard Rd. north. Then take a left on Randall Rd. Continue on Randall Rd. for about 7 miles then take a left on Dean St. and the Forest Preserve Entrance will appear on the right.

 

Schedule

Bus Departs – 6:30am                    

Girls Open - 8:30am

Boys Varsity (7) – 9am

Girls Varsity – 9:30am

Boys F/S (unlimited) – 10am

Girls Varsity – 10:30am

Boys Open (unlimited) – 11am

 

Starting Instructions - **Check-in at least 15minutes before the race start time** - The gun will go off from behind the starting line.  Be ready to run!!

 

General Rules

            No watches                No jewelry of any type        

Must wear your school issued uniform

            Dress at home and come to school ready to run 

            Use spikes for your race if you have them!

 

DGN Cross Country Rules

            Be aware of your race time

            Warm-up as a group! – All 7 varsity, All F/S guys, All open guys – warm-up 50min before

            Know the course

Language is clean and positive

Support all team members in all races!

Compete and do your best alongside your teammates!!
